These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the uu8j platform and all its services. When you register on uu8j, create an account, or play any game, you automatically agree to abide by these Terms. Please read the full terms and conditions before you start using the platform. 02 Account Creation Terms

Age and Eligibility

One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. uu8j reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit all bonuses if the same person is found to be operating multiple accounts.

Identity Verification

04 Bonus Terms and Conditions

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (wagering requirement 15x).

General Rules for Using Bonuses

• A bonus is applicable only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.
• Eligibility criteria must be met to receive a bonus.
• If a bonus is not used within the specified period, it will be cancelled.
• uu8j reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.

Fraudulent Bonus Use

Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, providing false information, or any kind of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

06 Game Use Terms

Fair Play

All games on the uu8j platform are conducted fairly and transparently. Game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using any kind of software or bots.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the game system.
• Colluding dishonestly with other players.
• Attempting to influence game results through fraud.

Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted midway or an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, uu8j reserves the right to cancel that game round and refund the wagered amount. Abnormal winnings displayed as a result of a technical error will not be considered valid.

10 Limited Liability and Indemnity

Service Interruptions

uu8j makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service. However, service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical errors, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. uu8j will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from such interruptions.

Third-Party Software

The uu8j platform uses software from various third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and others). uu8j bears limited liability for any complications arising from issues with these providers.

User Liability

The user is fully responsible for the use of their own account. uu8j will not be liable for any financial or other loss resulting from failure to keep account information secure.
